Don't see these arguments in the doc

Hi, I have three arguments I need to pass to the chia cli tool but I don't see them documented here. I'm trying to set delay (minutes), queue name and nft index.

If anyone could help me out with these three that would be helpful, thanks.

Btw, I used process explorer to see which arguments the Chia.exe GUI app passed to the cli tool when setting certain options and this is what I got:

chia.exe plots create -k 32 -n 1 "-t J:\New folder" "-2 J:\New folder" -d M:\mine -b 3390 -u 128 -r 2 -cxch10kj0t5423rjnuy6jx7kq8qcpceezwfe09082dyp8fx2esqztclnq8r2xky -D

I have no idea what -D is and that long string also, any help understanding them would be appreciated.
