New OS system and fresh Chia GUI synced problem

Yesterday my system drive was dead. I replaced it with a new SSD and installed new OS Windows 10 pro, Chia 1.2.10 version, even downgraded to old version and tried. There are no syncing action. No download action in background, only config, log, and run folder in .chia mainnet, and keep spinning 'Connecting to wallet' within a few hours. Btw I have been setup open 8444 port in windows inbound rules and port forwarding in router. It seen doesn't work. :( I need help, who can I contact in Keybase to get support? Any ideas

Problem solved. I check port:55400, I found there's Chia GUI occupy 127.0.0.1:55400, even I close all application by CLI chia stop -d all. I manually kill it and launch my Chia again, it works! Appear Chia wallet mnemonic immediately.
