sending problems [BUG]

2 problems
on the wallet page you can not paste a send address
you have to type in the address

my wallet is fully synced but on click send i popup says wallet needs to be fully synced

the go back through the painful process of type in address again and triple check its right click send again to get the same popup

you should be able to paste in any text in the address box of the wallet.
if you got issues with your wallet saying sync, but still is getting told on transaction attempt, that it is not - try and confirm that the system time is correctly set.
