[Bug] Zombie processes after switching wallet

What happened?

If you switch wallets via Windows Chia GUI frequently zombie process are left. Could also be related to Reload (via GUI). After a while the keys to select the wallet are no longer shown. If you close the GUI it closes but several process are still continuing. (all like harvester, fullnode and wallet). For me it is reproducable running a AMD Ryzen platform.

No log but you can find the process via windows taskmanager

Obviously there is an issue with synconizing processes clean them up etc. espeically under high load. People cannot open their GUI as it stucks in sandhour glass etc. I think you need to rework this way of handling the gui anyway.
