New CAT Wallet won't Sync (Windows 11)

I can't get the new CAT wallet to sync (not on a farmer, just as a wallet ;) ) Windows 11
I had the full stable node wallet synced and running but this one can't connect.

after a few reboots I got it to say syncing but it stuck there for a few hours, I uninstalled and deleted all files (that I could easily find)
reinstalled and it's back to not syncing now.

Possible Windows 11 firewall issue?

Seems to start syncing with the firewall off actually :)
I can't just not have a firewall though and I get no popup to allow it

8 hours later still not synced.
Hopefully someone can fix this.
The problem does not seem to be something I can fix. (even after adding Chia to the firewall manually)
