Send Chia to own Receive Address

I have created a transaction of 0.02 XCH to my own receive address. It appears as outgoing and the total balance decreased by that value but there will not appear an incoming value of 0.02 XCH.
Is Chia not able to process transactions from a wallet to the same wallet.

The attached Screenshots show that apart from two pool rewards the 0.02 XCH never reach my wallet.
