[feature request] Install, Plotting, and Pool. Not Sync!

Due to the fact that Chia add PlotNFT feature for fair pooling. (which is a good thing)
We're lacking support for this great implementation of it. For better farmer-friendly.

I've ran twice brand new node/wallet setup, act as a new farmer joining Chia.
Honestly, the experience is really bad. I don't think it's attractive for new comers.

Node size is 40GB+, with around 200kbps, sync about 300,000 height max, and should took approx. a week to fully sync. Can't imagine another year after would be....

But, that's alright~. We can still farm! Yes, and no.
Plenty of farmers choose Pooling for XCH today. In order to do so, we need to get some mojo first to JOIN A POOL. That requires a full sync Wallet... sadly it took days for it.

What about FlexFarmer? They just require Launcher ID, Payout address to get it running.
Hmmm... not a chance. Still need a synced Wallet to get info.

PlotNFT is a great idea. Sync for days, weeks' fine.... We don't need node or wallet during first few hours or days. Since we don't have plots yet or $xch earned to spend. lol

I wish we can have a short cut, to get harvester running at the first day for pool mining.
Embedded plotters are amazing fast, quick putting plots to a pool for instant share of income. This would bring some confidence for new chia farmers and should also let chia network/space growing.
