How to move plots from one to the other.

What happened?

I move plots(which have plot a long time) from my pc to server, using same keys.

But when i restart plotting, it auto create many new wallet.

I try to delete it, but it cause warning.

When i using plots check, it logs like

I found out that pool public key is none, but don't known what it means.

I just want to move my plots from one to the other, what should i do
