Purpose:

pull in new features from chia_rs.

The changes in API, requiring changes to chia-blockchain are:

  • SpendBundleConditions now has 3 more fields: atoms, pairs and heap. This mostly affects test that create these objects.
  • PLOT_DIFFICULTY was renamed PLOT_STRENGTH
  • validate_clvm_and_signature throw a ValueError rather than a TypeError on failure.
