Missing step in tutorial

I've followed the tutorial, and in the latest part (live/pull/AJAX), the live page wasn't updating until I ran 'rebar compile'.

I don't know why this thing solved the issue, but at least mentioning it in the tutorial would be good (if that's the proper way to solve it, if not, it seems I hit another quirk).

Btw, is the source for the tutorial available somewhere?
