Linux 6.5 (#24)

* Initial support for kernel 6.5 series

- Removed unused and already applied patches.
- Rebased Asus ROG Ally usb hid patch
- HDR patch needs rebase.

* rebase HDR patches on 6.5-rc1

* re-enable COLOR_STEAMDECK Koption

* Update PKGBUILD to -chos2 patch level

* update to -rc2

* Rebase HDR patches

* Update to rc3

* Update to v6.5-rc4

* Fixup config checksums

* update checksums after rebase

* update to -rc5

* update to -rc6

* Update to 6.5 release.

Also add in the no override patch that got lost during rebase.
