[Feature] Support for non-windows environments

msixbundle-cli is unavailable on non-Windows environments. When can we expect a portable release, so that UNIX/Linux developers can easily publish Windows packages for our software?

thanks for raising this!
Cross-platform support (Linux/macOS) is technically feasible, though it would require significant effort.

If this is something the community needs, please:

• 👍 this issue to show interest
• Consider sponsoring via the "Sponsor" button if you'd like to see this prioritized

In the meantime, CI/CD pipelines can use Windows runners for MSIX packaging.
