Anker bSOL launch checklist #503
Description
- Create the bSOL mint on Solana mainnet
- Get bSOL listed in the token list
- Ensure stSOL-UST pool exists on Orca ⇒ https://solscan.io/account/9F3J6RY7PTkDb3SUUpg725uXyCceBGCpZrtmYGJwgMwF
- Ensure there is some amount of initial liquidity in the stSOL-UST pool (10k stSOL + 1M UST on 2022-01-27, but we need to confirm close to launch).
- Test run on devnet with the final binary.
- Deploy Anker program
- Have multisig members reproduce the build of the Anker program and verify the deployment
- Create Anker instance. This depends on the following inputs:
- Address of stSOL/UST pool on Orca.
- Terra mainnet rewards destination address.
- Change bSOL mint authority to Anker's. Use
solido anker show-authoritiesfor that. - bSOL mint
- Deploy frontend, but hide it until the official release, if possible.
- Deploy new version of maintenance bot
- Publish official addresses on https://docs.solana.lido.fi/, so that ChainLink can start their mainnet bSOL/USD price Oracle.
- Wait for the ChainLink price feed to stabilize on Terra.
- Register bSOL token on Wormhole.
- Register Wormhole-bSOL in the Terra token list: https://github.com/terra-money/assets/blob/master/cw20/tokens.js
- Ensure Terra-side contracts and frontend are deployed.
- Ensure documentation of the full process is available (from depositing on Solana to putting the bSOL in Anchor on Terra)
- Ensure announcements are ready
