Linutil OnlyOffice AUR install bin vs source-based

Hi there!
Is there any particular reason linutil installs OnlyOffice from AUR with source-based package?
It takes forever to compile on older machines, as well as eats up a ton of space.
I wonder if it is some base principle or just an oversight, since I noticed that Yay for example was installed with bin package instead via linutil.
