Stepping up as Co-Maintainer for linutil aur packages

Hello my name is Harsh Vyapari. I've observed that linutil aur packages has been unmaintained for the past 4 months, So I asked @koibtw about that, june told me that for some personal reason, she's unable to maintain the packages.

So I've decided to step up as co-maintainer for these packages, I've got the permission from her and granted access to every aur packages.

I'd like to thank @koibtw to trust me with this responsibility and guiding me throughout this process.
