After resetting my PC due to a hardware failure, whenever I now try to install / upgrade any 3rd party app via the install tab, I get

2. Pick any 3rd party app to install/upgrade
3. Click "Install/Upgrade Applications

I have also tried Choco as the package manager to install, and got the same result.

So that worked for most of the installations I needed, there were a couple individual ones that still gives the error code, but I was able to work around that by installing them standalone.
