I am getting error when trying to create ISO file using Microwin. This is the error message: Invalid Windows release provided. Use '-Rel List' for a list of available Windows 11 releases or '-Rel Latest' for latest. Could not download the ISO file. Look at the output of the console for more information.

🔄 Steps to reproduce the issue.

Open PowerShell as Administrator.

Run the command irm christitus.com/win | iex.

Wait for the Windows Utility window to open.

Go to Microwin tab.

Select Windows 11.

Get the newest ISO automatically.

Get windows ISO.

Error appears: Use '-Rel List' for a list of available Windows 11 releases or '-Rel Latest' for latest. Could not download the ISO file. Look at the output of the console for more information.

We are aware about this. Currently the fix for this is in the pre release version. If you are just in need of MicroWin you can change /win to /windev and the issue should be fixed. As there is an issue with install tab on the pre release version. That is why it have not been put to the latest version.

Can confirm with dragonspunky. It isn't working for me on windev either. Looking at the log not sure what to make of it and I am not sure if it is something wrong on my side. At a face value level with no understanding of what its truly referring to, it looks like microsoft's download servers are complaining about me using a VPN or something like that, however I do not use a VPN.

outside of windev or normal release version I get the same error as dragonspunky but on windev I get this:

Could not download the ISO file. Look at the output of the console for more information.
If you get an error about scripts is disabled on this system please close WinUtil and run - 'Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted' and select 'A' and retry using MicroWin again.

version as in windows? tried creating a debloated 25h2 on a 24h2 system.

but if you meant winutil tried on both stable and dev. got the same errors as the users above
