Description

1. Adding Ente Auth. It is pretty good 2FA with sync and desktop version works more stable than their web version
   2. Adding Kando. Useful pie menu for both types of people who like gestrures on laptops and typical 'shortcut' style command calling

Testing

• Both Choco and Winget package for Ente Auth are available as making this PR, so tests are good.
• Kando config was taken from non-Choco app as it has no package there.
