this will brake the script lol. well only the creation of the fixes and legacy-windows-panels pages. ill look into fixing the script. fixed in #4091 i think |

Description
Consolidate features into json file for single shot commands and cleanup loose files. Removed order from features.json as well. Deleted the WinUtilGPU for low power Gpus that was used 3 years ago, but isn't anymore.
