❓ Is your feature request related to a problem?

Many recent laptops specifically ones with Intel chips don't support s3 sleep state or have it entirely disabled because of s0ix sleep. So the only sleep states they support are s4 hibernate and s0ix idle. Hibernation isn't ideal because it consumes a lot of power when the computer starts back up.

πŸ’‘ Describe the solution you'd like

My request is to completely disable network connectivity in windows modern standby. I've done it on my own windows laptop and it's pretty great. Instant on, no overheating laptop, no windows updates in the background, and minimal battery drain. I think the best way to do it would be through the command line. Here's the website I used with commands to disable network connected standby via the command line as well as other methods. Thank you for your winutil work over the years.
