Add Support for Multiple Docker Hosts (not swarm)

I have a few hosts that aren't swarmed. Would be nice to run one instance of DockFlare that can see the labels on other Docker hosts and set up tunnels like that.

yes, this is planned as I have 5 active docker hosts and one testing docker enviroment. Currently my "work around" is that I can see all tunnel entrys in the "All Docker Tunnels on Account". I run on each docker host a dockflare-servername.tld instance. But in the future I like to have an API integration between the DockFlare instances. But this is still in concept phase. Currently I want to add all normal features first. I added yesterday url-path support and all Service types (still in unstable branch) and soon I push these to stable after testing.

I'm working on this project in my free time please be patient :)

API v2 support is now implement. I'm experimenting for swarm support/multi DockFlare instances with a master/agent node concept.

Any thoughts on using something like docker proxy to support multiple docker hosts?
