loading HAR file from S3 location in timeline-viewer utility

While importing a HAR File manually works, shows all network calls but when I tried to load it from S3 cloudfront URL, it doesn't works ( it works for timeline tracer, with queryParam loadTimelineFromURL)

(not sure if I'm using the correct param loadNetworkResource)
