Add support for --no-warnings

Adding support for --no-warnings to suppress the parity disk warning on email and stdout messaging.

I apologize ahead of time, but I can get this to work with snapraid, but not this script and have tried every combination I can in the .conf to get it to work currently.

I figured out how to do it:
def snapraid_command(command, args={}, *, allow_statuscodes=[]): arguments = ["--conf", config["snapraid"]["config"], "--quiet", "--no-warnings"]
I thought about this again and decided to take another stab and this worked.
