Move QuickBooks/Accounting sync into plugin

Goal: Extract QuickBooks and other accounting integrations into dedicated plugins (QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop import). Scope: Move sQBDTSettings usage and any sync code to plugin, provide mapping UI in plugin. Acceptance: QBO sync available via dedicated plugin.
