Create the route handlers and view template for the church information configuration page.

Tasks

• Add GET route to display form in src/admin/routes/system.php
• Add POST route to save form data in src/admin/routes/system.php
• Create form template at src/admin/views/church-info.php with 5 tabs
• Test form displays correctly with all fields
• Test form saves values to SystemConfig via POST
