Update Finance Dashboard to link to new church-info page.

Tasks

• Update link in src/finance/views/dashboard.php
• Point to /admin/system/church-info instead of SystemSettings.php
• Verify dashboard badge displays correctly
• Test status updates after saving church info
• Verify link works for admins only
