Describe the bug

Moving a category from automatically sorted to pinned (to make it always appear first in the bag/bank, manually sorted) can only be done by moving it to the top of the list.

When there are many categories, it can take several minutes to get to the top using the mouse wheel. Without the mouse wheel, it takes even longer.

Suggested solution is simple: add a button to category settings to pin/unpin it

Steps to reproduce

1. Open bags
2. Left click the bag icon and select Open Options Screen
3. Go to Backpack/Categories
4. Find a category in the Automatically Sorted part
5. Issue - none of these ways to pin a category exists:
   • Double clicking category
   • Right clicking category
   • A button in the category settings
6. The only way is by using drag and drop

Would it be possible to get some hints in the UI directly? I don't know if mouse-over text is possible. Anyway, the feature exists, which is the most important part.
