Provide a prop to disable fetching recent fulfillers altogether #29
Description
In using <FulfillerSelect/> we provide the preselectMostRecent to disable the behaviour where the most recent fulfiller is preselected.
We might consider adding another property that will simply skip the customiser call and not show recent fulfillers altogether.
