Neo4j 3.0.X cannot be started using java version 1.7.0_111 #100
Description
We updated our build image to neo4j 3.0.4.
ant install depends on Java 1.7 which is causing our build to error. https://github.com/circleci/image-builder/blob/master/circleci-provision-scripts/java.sh#L44
