Webp animated

There's a problem when posting animated webp, I always get the same error message.
Fail to resize image! Details: gm convert: No data returned (/tmp/phpoMUrv0).

This is related to GraphicsMagick's handling of WebP in particular. I don't know how this can be fixed on Tinyboard's end so it might be worth trying to poke the GraphicsMagick developers on getting this fixed.
