Touchpad Multiple Binds Dusalshock4

Hi, I was able to have 2 binds on left side click on touchpad and right side click. One bind was default touchpad click and the other was Square.

Just recently after loading into a game it wasnt registering my right touchpad click and with how passthru and these other settings work I am lost in the sauce in how to fix this.

Basically I want to set up 2 binds on the touchpad.

This isssue did only occur after running a few reg edit files "pc tweaks" which i guess could be responsible

I have attached what is displayed after applying the shown settings and holding right side touchpad, both controllers are outputing touchpad click
