Liaisons currently need to maintain a private list of email address for "interested parties;" these addresses receive notices of packet/agenda/notice publication. The addresses on this list are somewhat arbitrary and maintained at the discretion of liaisons. People need to know who to contact to get added to these lists, and it isn't something generally advertised because maintaining it manually as we do could become a laborious chore for staff.
The Watchlist feature, such as the one integrated into Knowledge Base, could be a strong asset for Onboard. Especially if it automated notifications for the creation of meeting dates and the uploading of documents.
