Addition of Percentage along with Numbers #56
Description
In this KPI, we need the Pop-Up to also show the percentages alongside the number of tenders. For example, in 2017-18, the number of tenders which received 4 or more Bids is 1718. The popup should also mention what percentage of all the tenders from the year 2017-18 this constitutes.
