[FEATURE] Favourites list to be displayed in the individual meal plan page

When the user plans the meal plan, currently only recipes are being displayed. We need to also display the users favourites. 

**Describe the solution you'd like**
A new section favourites that displays the user's favourites should be shown under the list of meals.
