How We Work

1. We share updates in Slack (not on Tuesdays!)
2. We commit code and documentation to Github (even if it's imperfect or not working!)
3. We use our meeting time on Tuesdays to:

• Subgroup 1: Onboard new people, and discuss high-level architecture (sometimes also strategy, comms)
• Subgroup 2: Make technical decisions

1. We start the breakout with a quick meeting, where we'll get oriented, and where subgroup 2 decides which decision(s) they'll prioritize for tonight.
2. Decisions don't require consensus, but do require that everyone have a chance to state their perspective. (If you disagree with a decision, you can start a new, alternative branch!)
