patches: Drop d0afcfeb9e3810ec89d1ffde1a0e36621bb75dca from most upstream stable trees

It has been released in 6.1.141, 5.15.185, 5.10.238, and 5.4.294.

Unfortunately, it seems like the 6.6 backport got lost so we still need
to carry it there for a bit.
