AssetMover not working for some countries / locations?

My mod Ender's Modpack Tweaks utilizes AssetMover to obtain some textures from curseforge. In the past months I got reports from players stating, the mod failing to actually download the assets. Sadly I'm unable to produce this in my dev instance and in an actual modpack.

What else could be a reason for AssetMover working without any issue on my end, but still failing for others?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have log files from those that are failing the downloads? I didn't see any in Ender-Development/EnderModpackTweaks#100
