Bug Report

Setup:

• Kernel 6.18.13-arch1-1
• DE: Gnome 49
• DS: Wayland (100% scaling)
• Distro Arch Linux
• Java: latest 21 openjdk
• Launcher prismlauncher-10.0.5.0

When running on the latest version of cleanroom with the borderless minig mod, the full screen feature is completely lost. I am unable to fully expand the window by pressing F11.

• Fugue [0.23.1]
• Fullscreen Windowed [1.6.0]
• Nothirium [0.4.9-beta] (optional)
• Scalar [3.8.0-RC4]

• I have searched the issues and haven't found a similar issue.
• I have read the readme and know that what is action build.
• I have installed Fugue and it didn't fix my issue.
• I have installed Scalar Legacy and it didn't fix my issue.
• I have switched my Forgelin and LibrarianLib to continuous versions(check readme for more detail).
• I am running a test build from Cleanroom Github Actions. (Or, if I've compiled it myself I plan to fix the issue)
• I did not use PCL/PCLCE or other unsupported launchers.

I have a similar issue where the game is pushed down under the top panel, blocking the bottom part of the window. (Linux Arch, Xfce on X11)
