[Suggestion] More keybinds to manage item groups

Summary

This issue request addition of configurable keybinds to manage item and recipe groups better. This aims to solve frustration from bugged functionality, like middle click not working. Examples:

The proposal

Improve item grouping, allow the same item to show in multiple item groups and enhance reordering

Change the bevaior of these existing keybinds

• A - add the selected item to the last item group, no longer deleting items from favorites
• Shift+A - add the selected item to the first item group, no longer deleting items from other item groups

New functions for existing keybinds

• Ctrl+drag items - now can drag items into item groups, thus adding them to specific groups
• Ctrl+drag group tabs - move groups around quickly

New keybinds

• Delete - remove an item or a recipe from a specific group. Works on groups only.
• Shift+Delete - delete item from all item groups.
• Ctrl+Delete - delete all recipes that output the given item
• Shift+Ctrl+Delete - delete all recipes that consume the given item

New buttons

• Show "Add Item Group" and "Add Recipe Group" buttons at the bottom of the item list

Alternatives

• Rebuild the list to reorganize it - it's slow
• Shuffle items between 'A' and 'Shift+A' groups - it's tricky
• Periodically remove unneeded items (like when getting better items that do the same thing or more).
• Ctrl+drag items around groups
