Add support to torque energy in Ancient Warfare 2

I want to make Ancient Warfare 2(an open-source 1.12.2 program, https://github.com/P3pp3rF1y/AncientWarfare2) complatible with Multiblocked, making torque energy in AW2 as an input for multiblocked machines. As an excellent customization mod, i hope multiblocked can support torque energy to make modpacks creation more friendly. :)
