[1.7.10] Some animations don' work correctly

For some reason unknown to me, certain animations don't seem to work in version 1.7.10. The animations in question are:

1. SHIFT + Left Mouse Button click
2. Mouse tweak scroll wheel

The rest works fine, although the difference between the easing types isn’t clear, I’ve tried several, but they all seem the same...

These issues occur even when the mod is installed on its own, so I doubt it's a conflict with other mods.
