cd into the 'latest' log directory does not work

Observation

ssh into the mower
cd ~/ros/log
cd latest

yields "No such file or directory"

Expected behavior

The link latest points to the directory with the current logs and a cd latest should work.
I did the following to make it work:

rm latest
ln -s /home/openmower/ros/log/322e3144-acd1-11f0-befe-e45f01baf982 latest
cd latest -> works
cd
ls ros/log/latest -> works

I think this is a minor issue but maybe a quick fix and would make life a little bit more convenient.

Environment

• HWv1
• OSv2 (OpenMowerOS_20250916.img)
• open_mower_ros: latest (I think sha-374264a)
• Yard Force Classic 500 with mainboard 0_11_X_WT901
• no NTRIP usage

Just tried some approaches, but non worked as hoped.

We could simple change ROS_HOME=/data/ros back to ROS_HOME=/home/openmower/ros (in compose.yaml), which would work, but @ClemensElflein changed that to /data/ros for some reason.

Another simple solution would be to create a symlink from /data/ros -> /home/openmower/ros in host filesystem, but I'm unsure if I like to pollute the host filesystem with docker specific path notations 🤔
