Identify common user pain points from meet up presentations

In meet up presentations, users often present a 'challenges' or 'lessons learned' section that has lots of valuable insights that we should capture and add to our docs.

We should:

• find a way to use this material to extract broader over-aching or common themes which come up repeatedly
• understand where our docs are lacking with respect to those themes
• update them as appropriate to best serve the community

There are hundreds of videos so this would most likely using an AI tool to, at very least, identify which meet ups to review (some are not in English, some do not contain a 'lessons learnt' section). Ideally, the tooling can extract some broader themes for us to reduce the manual effort required.
