Use case

Connector logs should be sufficient for troubleshooting purposes

Describe the solution you'd like

Fix logging gaps (with different log levels):

• No query_id per query captured in logs
• No destination information
• No logs when operations begin, so it's hard to troubleshoot
• No logs for intermediate steps within an operation
• No shutdown reason (signal vs error)
• No operation nor step duration
