Add Load Testings

Description

To improve reliability, we need to implement a load-testing CI workflow for the connector.
It is preferable to reuse the existing TPC-DS dataset from the Spark connector.

Why

This ensures cross-connector consistency and will help us identify performance or compatibility issues early.
