Hi @Josh-a-e! We have another official TF provider for managing DB level users, roles, and privileges. Would this help with your use case?

Yes, thank you, that's exactly what I'm looking for, however I consume it through pulumi so I could do with it being adopted over there. I'll raise a separate issue.
