Mapping of GADM regions to those used in your paper... #10

Hello, I am in a project that is trying to use your data, but we need first to understand the mapping of the regions you employed.
For example for Hungary GADM.org has 20 regions:
However in your final dataset there are only 7:
How can we map GADM regions to "your" regions ? Do you have a mapping matrix, or even better a shapefile of the final admin regions you used ?
I realise you provided a detailed explication in the Appendix C of your paper and some scripts that should perform the mapping in the repository, but I don't have STATA expertice and I am not sure to have undertstood well all the phases, so if you have the map matrix or the final shapefile, it would be highly appreciated :-)
