Running list of diagnostic to-dos:
each diagnostic plot should be produced for one RCP/model/SSP/econmodel as a diagnostic, then as a full diagnostic set as part of a run
deterministic
- spaghettis (T-range vs outcome by hierid), one plot for each decade & adaptation scenario
- spaghettis (T-range vs outcome by decade), one plot for each of several diagnostic hierids
- maps of betas by decade
- projection of impacts (year vs outcome by scenario) for specific hierids
- median run (year vs outcome by adaptation scenario) for weighted global total
probabilistic
- spaghettis (T-range vs outcome by sample), one plot for each of several diagnostic hierids in 2015 and 2100
- maps of p05, p50, p95 betas in 2015, 2100
- full impact run (year vs outcome with uncertainty) for weighted global total for each adaptation scenario
- full impact run (year vs outcome by adaptation scenario) for weighted global total
