docs: Add xqjlb/xqjlc dynamic spin-up timeseries to soil ensembles
Add spin-up timeseries figure and panel-by-panel analysis for the 200-year dynamic TRIFFID spin-ups (xqjlb, xqjlc), documenting vegetation/soil carbon drift and flux stabilisation.

#### Spin-up timeseries

The figure below shows the temporal evolution of key diagnostics during the 200-year dynamic TRIFFID spin-ups for xqjlb (red dashed) and xqjlc (blue solid), both starting from the preindustrial spin-up `xqhuc`.

- **tas (a)**: Both runs oscillate around ~287.4–288.0 K with no significant drift. xqjlb runs slightly warmer. Temperature is reasonably stable by ~1950 onward.
339+
- **Trees Total (b)**: Steady decline from ~0.33 to ~0.22–0.24 over the full period. The decline slows but has not fully levelled off, indicating the dynamic vegetation has not fully equilibrated.
340+
- **CVeg (c)**: Drops sharply from ~700 PgC to ~400–500 PgC, mirroring the tree fraction loss. xqjlb retains slightly higher CVeg. The decline slows but does not fully stabilise.
341+
- **CSoil (d)**: Declines from ~1200 PgC to ~1050–1100 PgC (xqjlc lower). Still drifting slightly downward at the end.
342+
- **Land Carbon (e)**: Declines from ~2000 to ~1400–1500 PgC/yr, tracking CVeg and CSoil losses. Both runs overlap closely.
343+
- **GPP (f)**: Fluctuates around 105–115 PgC/yr with high interannual variability but no clear trend — appears stable.
344+
- **NEP (g)**: Large negative excursions early on (−15 to −20 PgC/yr), indicating the land is a net carbon source as vegetation adjusts. By ~1950 it oscillates around zero, suggesting the carbon cycle is approaching balance.
345+
- **fgco2 (h)**: Ocean CO2 flux ranges from −3.5 to −4.5 PgC/yr, both runs tracking closely with no drift.
346+
347+
The two spin-ups behave very similarly. The main concern is the ongoing decline in trees, CVeg, and CSoil — the dynamic vegetation and soil carbon pools have not fully equilibrated after 200 years, though GPP, NEP, and ocean flux are stable. This is a common feature of HadCM3B-ES spin-ups with TRIFFID dynamic vegetation.

Key findings from the dynamic spin-up experiments:
332350

333351
1. **CVeg increases under dynamic spin-up**: both experiments show ~60–70 PgC higher CVeg than their equilibrium counterparts (507 vs 444 for xqjlb/xqjch; 517 vs 446 for xqjlc/xqjcj). This shifts CVeg from slightly below target into the target range (450–550 PgC).
