GCEP and VCEP names in the GCI/VCI

@liammulh In the affiliations in the GCI/VCI the VCEP and GCEP in the names no longer displays, e.g. see here:

Previously, these would display as "Hearing Loss GCEP/Hearing Loss VCEP"

Looking into this... I think this change might have happened when we imported UUIDs from the GPM.

In an August 14th PR, we imported UUIDs from the GPM:

We also seemingly overwrite the full name for the affiliation with the full name that was in the CSV from the GPM. I looked for the CSV in version control, but we didn't check it in. I asked Seth for it, but he said he would have to regenerate it. Then I thought to check the server. Sure enough, the CSV was there on the server. Here's an excerpt from the CSV:

As you can see, the Long Name for 50007 is "Hearing Loss" rather than "Hearing Loss VCEP". I'm pretty sure the PR referenced above is where this change crept in.

@wrightmw, I changed the full names for hearing loss from "Hearing Loss" (that's how they both appeared) to "Hearing Loss VCEP" and "Hearing Loss GCEP". Now in the curation interface, the affiliation appears like:

Is that acceptable? If not, I think the change needs to be made on the GCI/VCI side.

Also, does the short name ("HL") also need to be changed to "HL VCEP" and "HL GCEP"?

I'll have to write a script to fix the other name discrepancies.

@liammulh Yes, that's acceptable for the VCEP/GCEP... but the GCEP and VCEP names need to come back for all of them... or else folks won't know which one they are clicking on in the pulldown...e.g. look at Antibody Deficiencies, you cannot tell in pulldown which is the VCEP or GCEP:

@cgpreston Does ERepo take name of affiliation from us or generate themselves? If former, may need to check any published VCI interps since Aug 14th have correct affiliation name.

@wrightmw I believe the ERepo keys off the CSpec current name on the main page (one example is CDH1 - which is now Gastric Cancer), but within the specific view they often refer to the name we send... which is also often listed in free text by the curators as well.
